I highly recommend 'Spaceballs'. Not only is it a wonderful love story about a princess and a lost prince but it's set in space. I mean, what more can a woman ask for?
I heard Dan in real life was supposed to be really funny......
Juno was just released to DVD, though I am not sure if it fits the "comedy" genre. I've also heard that Waitress is a good chick flick....
We have been dissapointed with the last few movies we rented. No Reservations was more sad than romantic we thought, and Dan in real life not as funny as they made it look. An all time favorite of mine is One Fine Day- I could watch that lots!
Go with Sara's pick, we just rented Dan in Real Life and LOVED it. We found ourselves laughing out loud. Even Nick loved it. That's a hard feat. You'll really enjoy it.
I just watched August Rush and liked it. I'm way behind on movies these days too...
We liked Dan in Real Life also...a little slow, but cute and funny.
I also really liked Waitress.
I hated the Nanny Diaries(but I loved the book)
27 Dresses, Dan in Real Life, and August Rush. Must see them all. In that order too. Ha ha!
We recently saw "Lars and the Real Girl". It was really funny, strange, and then a tiny bit sad. I really loved it though. Especially how the town got involved. That really touched me. If you do see it, let me know what you think.
