Soon after this little girl entered the world at a whopping 4 lbs 5 oz, Tyler nicknamed her Ashy. From then on she was lovingly referred to as Ash and Ashy until..... now. She has informed us that she is in fact AshLYN, thank you very much. She refers to herself as Ashlyn when a week ago she was just Ash. She will also correct you if you call her Ash. My mom received a firm "NO, it's Ashlyn" just yesterday. She makes me laugh everyday but at the same time I am a little nervous for the challenges this child will give me in the future.
We definitely love our AshLYN!

Thanks for the warning...I won't make that mistake! She will be a joy all the way through, I am sure of that. (And I really do mean that sincerely, she is my love!)

that's so funny. i still call mine Nashy and Paigy...they haven't put the smack down on me yet.
