Capitola is a cute beach town and we enjoyed taking walks (burning some calories) and then heading to the locals favorite bakery, Gayle's, for the most delicious treats. I actually did pretty well and only allowed myself a couple cookies. =)
Day 2 we headed to Roaring Camp to take a train ride through the Redwoods.

It is amazing the ice cream didn't get all over the place.
