Taylor started preschool today with her friend Nora. She has been asking me for MONTHS when she can go to school. She woke up this morning with a huge smile on her face (literally, I turned to look at her as her eyes were opening and there was the smile), she got dressed immediately and said, "Let's Go!" It took some convincing that we still had an hour and half before it was time to leave and that she needed to eat breakfast. She was very excited! Her preschool is 3 hours and I have to send her with lunch. It was so weird packing her lunch today. I felt scared, sad, and excited all at the same time. I felt like I was sending her off into the world, no longer under my constant supervision and watchful eye but I was also excited for her to have a new little adventure. They just grow up way too fast and this is only preschool! Before I know it I will be talking about her prom dress.

OK, even Grandma J got a lump in her throat and a tear in her eye reading this one. Taylor, slow down, be a kid for a long, long time! But have lots of fun along the way!
She really is a big girl. I don't think I'm ready for that.
She is too cute. It really is sad how fast they grow up. I was all emotional when Hudsen started Primary. She will start pre-school this fall. I hope she will be as excited as Taylor. :)
