Last Saturday we had my 30th birthday party...80's style
and everyone came dressed to impress.

I am not sure why we thought doing a pyramid was 80's but we did and so we made one. I still think we could have made it bigger. Joy (in the teal) was our best dressed of the night as she was wearing an authentic 80's prom dress she still owned.
Here are some of our costume winners left to right: funniest, best make up, and best flashback.
It was a fun night.
We ate, played arcade games, sang karaoke, and laughed at each other's outfits. Thanks everyone for making my 30th birthday one to remember.

It was fun to see everyone dressed up. Can you send me a copy the picture you took of Sam and I? We did a lot of thrift store browsing to find those totally rad outfits.

Happy Belated Bday Tanya! Sorry we couldnt make it to your party... we were out of town all week and I didn't make time to get costumes together! Then Lauren got sick and well, I'm so sorry we missed it, looks like you had a blast!

Man what a bummer we couldn't come. I love the 80s... really there was never a worse era for clothes. Looks fun, and can't wait to go on that yacht. :)
