What should we do?

We are trying to decide whether to buy this new home http://www.capitalpacifichomes.com/model.aspx?modelid=4902 and join the Blume's and Bladh's in Eastvale. It is amazing but doesn't have the huge back yard that we want. AGHH! We don't know what to do.

yeah, you have a blog. you will find that you become addicted. I don't know much about the commutiny you're looking at but, i will tell you this if you are teetering on the yard thing. Big backyards are lifesavers. it gives you that extra space you crave and makes your kids happier because they have more in play in. But that's just me. The house looks really pretty though. Good luck in your decision. It would be sad to loose another family from our ward.

My vote is to wait and get the yard if that's what you really want. Hopefully something will come along soon that has both a great house and a big back yard. Even though mine is a lot of work, I wouldn't trade it.
